Please note that due to small sizes of Classes we are unable to offer refunds of less than 48 hours notice or a no show on the day of your booking. You may transfer class attendance to another person. If you notify us within 48 hours of your class, a credit will be given for a future class.
All classes are 18 and older unless otherwise specified. Classes for ages 6-11 (Sewing with Littles)are available as long as a parent/adult participates with them. Classes for youths aged 12-17 are available as beginning class series and project classes.
Sew What! classes are passionate about creating a safe, friendly and fun learning environment. As a result, we reserve the right to refuse service, with no refund, if any individual acts (including, but not limited to speech) in a racist, sexist or any derogatory manner within our studio or media (i.e. Facebook or Twitter). The definition of "racist", "sexist" and "derogatory" is entirely at the discretion of management. The above will also relate to any calls, emails or text.
Please note that during your time at Suki Sew, you may be photographed or recorded during class in an "in-class action" or "group" shot. If you would prefer to not participate in these photographs or recordings, please contact Management prior to Class.
Deconstructress Designs reserves the right to use any photographs or recordings taken in-class in promotional publications, online and offline. However our images will not be sold to any third party.
Occasionally, classes may run over the schedule time. In the event that you do not finish a project, it is up to instructor’s discretion whether to stay over time or schedule studio time for you to finish.
Items left behind by clients will be kept for a period of no more than 4 weeks from date items were left or client was made aware. Notice of items left will be given to client (via call or email) as soon as possible with days and time of collection or in clients next Class. The above also applies to items left till next term class.
Each customer engaged in the activities of the Studio and making use of its facilities is responsible for insuring that he/she is properly equipped and nor to any other person making use of the Studio.
The Studio accepts no liability for accident, injury or misadventure caused by any person whilst using the Studio. Customers and guests are responsible for their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries, which may be suffered by them, or caused to them by any third party whilst using the Studio facilities.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer and may not be left unattended. In particular, the Studio does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the valuables of any person while on the Studio premises.
